TryLeadPull (“we”, “us”, or “our”) builds a Chrome extension and companion web app that help sales, agency, and founder teams export LinkedIn and Sales Navigator search results into CSV files. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to anyone who visits tryleadpull.com, joins our waitlist, installs the TryLeadPull Chrome extension, or communicates with us by email.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Waitlist / contact form: the email address you submit, plus any optional information you include (name, company, role).
- Account & billing: when we launch paid plans, we will collect the details needed to run your subscription — name, email, workspace name, and billing address. Payment card information is handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe) and never touches our servers.
- Support conversations: the content of any email or chat you send us so we can help you.
Information collected by the Chrome extension
The extension runs inside your browser. It reads the LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search results page you are actively viewing so it can turn those rows into a CSV you can download. Specifically:
- Publicly visible profile fields from the search results page (name, headline, current company, location, role, etc.) are parsed locally and included in the CSV you export.
- Usage counters — anonymized counts of how many leads were exported, feature usage, and error reports — help us improve reliability and enforce plan limits.
- The extension does not collect your LinkedIn password, private messages, or connections that are not visible on the page you are exporting.
Information collected automatically
- Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps, and referrer information collected when you visit our website.
- Cookies: essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences, plus a small amount of privacy-first analytics that never sells or shares your personal data.
How we use your information
- To operate and improve TryLeadPull and the Chrome extension.
- To send you the emails you sign up for (waitlist, product updates).
- To provide customer support when you contact us.
- To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.
How we share information
We share personal data only with:
- Service providers that host our infrastructure, send transactional emails, process payments, and provide analytics. These vendors are bound by written data-processing agreements.
- Legal or regulatory authorities when required by law, subpoena, or court order.
- A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business — in which case we will notify you and honor the commitments in this policy.
Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@tryleadpull.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (EU/EEA, UK, California, and others), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@tryleadpull.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for stored data, least-privilege access controls, and regular security reviews — to protect your information. No system is ever 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
TryLeadPull is a B2B tool intended for professionals. It is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required by law, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for international transfers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-product notice. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
