Product support
For anything about the Chrome extension — a broken export, a LinkedIn UI change we haven’t caught up with, an odd CSV row, billing, plan limits — email sarwar@scalelist.com. When you can, include:
- What you were trying to do (the search you ran or export you clicked).
- What actually happened (error message, empty CSV, wrong fields).
- A screenshot if the UI misbehaved.
- Your extension version (Chrome → Extensions → Details).
Sales and pricing
Team plans, agency pricing, and volume credits are handled by the same address: sarwar@scalelist.com. Tell us roughly how many seats you need and what your monthly export volume looks like and we’ll come back with numbers.
Waitlist and early access
If you just want to try the product, the waitlist is the front door. We’re rolling out access in batches. You don’t need to email us to be added — the form is the canonical signal.
Privacy, data requests, and legal
For access, deletion, correction, or export of the personal data we hold about you (as described in the Privacy Policy), or for any legal notice, email sarwar@scalelist.com with “Privacy request” or “Legal notice” in the subject line. We respond within 30 days as required by law — usually much sooner.

TryLeadPull is a US-based, Delaware-registered company operating as a distributed team. If you need a physical mailing address for contractual purposes, request one when you email — we’ll share it and any DPA / vendor paperwork over that thread.
